The Olney Town Center Advisory Committee Seeks Community Input
The Olney Town Center Advisory Committee (OTCAC) is currently seeking public comment on the Draft Illustrative Concept Plan and Development Guidelines. It is the hope of the OTCAC that this document will capture the vision the community has for our town center and will serve as a guide to future developers and designers interested in developing properties in the town center. It is an extension and refinement of the guidance found in the Olney Master Plan approved in 2005.
